The first release of Vans Syndicate Spring 2010 season will be dedicated to Andy Kessler, a pioneer of the skate scene in New York who passed away last August. The package consists of an Old Skool "S" and a Sk8-Hi "S", both featuring a premium leather and suede upper with perforated black, with white lining and royal blue laces to contrast. The Vans logo on the heel has been replaced by a plate, "New York City Skateboarding" on the heel, and a small embroidery "AK" for Andy Kessler on the insoles. No info on the release yet, but the package should be dropping in the coming weeks.
